If there is no shame in me why must I be ashamed?
you feel ashamed when you have not grown spiritually, to that stature of Jesus Christ.
You feel ashamed when the Spirit of God has not taken grip of the mind.
You feel ashamed when you do not know your purpose.
You feel ashamed when the war is still going on in the members of the spiritual body.
Today is not a day to feel ashamed but to feel great in the Lord and the Power of His might.

How can one overcome shame and its effects, I personally have found myself in some shameful positions and even months after I feel bad about what I have said or something else.
